Life

Well hello old friend, it's been a long time since we have sat down together. I have so much to say I just don't know where to begin. Let me start with all the not so important things, well not important to others but important to myself :)
First, Ben is sleeping mostly through the night. I say mostly because I go in and feed him about midnight and then he wakes up between 5:30 and 6:30. But I will take it! I already feel so much more rested. To be 100% honest, I tend to miss him being in our room. He sleeps in his crib in Joey's room. Last night (or this morning at 5:30am) Ben woke up and I brought him back to my bed. I fed him and instead of taking him back to his bed, I just let him sleep on me for about an hour. I love snuggling him. To me it is one of the greatest joys of having a baby. I love when he just rests his head on my chest or puts his face into my neck. He is so soft and chubby, plus he smells so yummy. Anyhow, like the rest of my children he is getting bigger and growing quickly, so i'm trying to really enjoy and soak it all in.
Second, we moved again. It was hectic and stressful but for the better. We moved into a home with a yard. Its in a nice area with a nice community pool, park close by. The school is suppose to be a great school. That's the only part that I didn't care for about moving. Up rooting my kids from the school they are already in, but I am praying that they will make new friends here and will love it even more than the other school.
We are still unpacking, trying to get key pieces of furniture that would make our home more like a home. I like our new house, all the room are upstairs. Downstairs is nice and open, plus it's cheaper to live here.
Third, I have been losing weight!!!! I'm not working out tons, but I've been doing the intermittent fasting and at first I was very skeptical about it, but it has helped me to lose weight. Nursing Ben helps too but even with feeding him less, I am still consistently losing a pound a week. I wear a size 4 right now but even those are getting a little too big. When I got married I weighed 118 lbs and was a size 2. I would like to get back to that, but this time be more toned and fit. I need to start running again and start doing my circuit training again. One thing is good about having a chunky baby, he helps me have toned arms from carrying him. LOL
Fourth, church is going really well. I enjoy the singing, the preaching but we need to join a small group. I love discussing we we learned with others. Plus it would be nice to have some adult friends :) My kids love their classes, especially Abby. That is so important to me.
Fifth, My marriage. It's going really well. Like always we have our ups and downs, but things are mostly on the ups. I am thankful for this, not just for us but the sake of my children.
Six, This is probably my final thought but it is also the one that means the most to me at this time. There is a certain person that I use to be extremely close to, our relationship was destroyed. This person, no matter how hard I tried, just didn't want to have anything to do with me and completely shut me out of her life. This has been extremely painful for me. I have gone through ranges of emotion to try and cope with the rejection I felt from her. Our relationship seemed sooooo broken, wounds just too deep to heal. I have prayed about our relationship many times, asking God to help reconcile things between us.  It seemed impossible. But slowly we started to communicate with the help of others and on Easter Sunday, I received a text that said "I love you Esther". My heart swelled up into my throat. I wanted to break down and just cry but I was just getting into church. Several times tears slipped from my eyes. I know that our relationship may never be what it was, but to hear those words to know that I matter to her meant the world to me. You see, I love her so much. Even with our past hurts. I wish she knew just how much she means to me. I wanted to crawl through my phone and just hug her neck. To cry on her shoulder. I don't know what made her say those words to me, but it was like putting a balm on my aching heart. I am thankful for her words and treasure them. We will never have the relationship that we once did, but maybe we can have a new one? A better one.
Thanks old friend for listening. You are always here for me when I need you. <3 nbsp="">

Valentines Day is approaching!

I know that Valentines day isn't for about a month, but when you are a mother of 4 and married, you just have to plan ahead. (Holy Cow am I planning ahead? What is wrong with me?) Anyhow, this is the first year my kids have been in public school and the thing I love most about it, other than them being gone :), is making treats for their class parties or snacks for the kindergarten class. I usually try and make something that relates to the season or holiday of that month. The kids just love this! So do the teachers :) This month (january) I totally forgot I had snack the first day back to school. That means I need to do something for February that will be awesome. I have a couple of ideas.  I will be making strawberry floats, and I came across this Pin on Pinterest. Conversation Heart Cheesecake .  But cheesecake isn't exactly the cheapest dessert to make. So I bought a set of 3 medium size heart cheesecake springform pans, and I will just make the heart cheesecakes for my kids and possibly my husband. While that is all great stuff, I still need to figure out what I'm going to make for my kids V-day parties. I don't want it to cost too much and I want it to go with strawberry floats (I may choose some other kind of float) Then I remember that I use to make a really great Butterfinger Trifle. I started looking into trifles and came across one that was done with jelly rolls and although it looked beautiful with all of the red swirls, I just don't think I want to make something with little debbie cakes in them. But I could make a beautiful trifle with strawberries right? All kinds of Trifles . It's easy, quick, and tastes so delicious. Plus I just love the colors.
While searching for these recipes (and torturing myself with all the amazing dessert pictures) I also came across these bad boys! I have never deep fried any kind of dessert, really I don't fry much of anything any more. But how could I NOT make these? I might do snickers instead since I love snickers but regardless of what kind of candy I choose, I guarantee there will be some ooey gooey chocolate fried candy business going on in my kitchen.
Now that I have my desserts figured out, I started wondering if teachers are to receive a valentine as well? After thinking and thinking of what I could buy, I decided that it would be better if I make something for them. Then I remembered that I use to make these really cute "Rock Buddy" necklaces. My intentions were to sell them on etsy but I never really got around to doing it. I think I was scared of not being successful at it (fear sucks). Here is a picture of the rock buddies.

Whenever I wear these little guys, I always get comments on how cute they are and I really think they're perfect for elementary teachers. I will give it to them with a tag that says "you really ROCK !" Happy Valentines Day.
So what do you think? Good Idea? :)

Helllllo 2014! One Word

For the past 4 years, at the beginning of the year, I choose a word. A word that will motivate me spiritually, mentally and even physically. In 2010 my word was PROGRESS. I wanted to become a better wife, a better mom, a better housekeeper, and a better christian. Looking back I can say that I made a lot of progress in all of those area's but then 2011 would come along and I would soon find out that my progress was not enough.  In 2011 my word was DISCOVER, it was the perfect word for that year. That year was filled with many many changes, many heart breaks, many "firsts". My marriage was on the rocks and nearly destroyed. I truly discovered who I was at heart. In 2012 I chose the word STRONG. I have to say that I truly kept that word before me.  I faced many of my fears and overcame them. I was losing weight and getting strong. I ran 2 different 5k's.  I was rebuilding my marriage and family. I was strengthening my relationship with my Heavenly Father. It was a fantastic word for 2012. In 2013 I chose the word AGAPE. I wanted to get a better understanding of what Godly Love looked like. I wanted to have agape love for others. I have to be honest and say that I have lost sight of my word this past year. Not that I didn't show love to others, but it just wasn't something I constantly kept before me. I always hope that others can see God's love through me, especially my husband and kids. But I didn't make it my focus for the year. This year, 2014, I want to choose a word that I will truly keep before me. One that will push me, encourage me, break me and build me.
The word I chose for 2014 : ATTENTIVE.  I love the definition shown in the picture but I love the synonyms even more. I realize that I struggle to listen when people talk to me in detail.  The problem with that is that my husband and my kids do this. I always say "get to the point" or "okay and what are you trying to say". How rude right? Yah, well I need to work on that and I really am going to be more ATTENTIVE when others speak to me, especially my family. As I looked over my past words and read my blog posts, I always mention wanting to be a better Mother, Wife, Christian etc... The synonyms listed here are exactly the areas I want to be mindful of . I want to be attentive to my husband, my kids and to the Holy Spirit. I want to be aware of others needs, focused on the tasks before me, committed to the promises I make, conscientious of others feelings and wants. I want to be earnest in all that I do. I want to be a NEED FILLER. In order for me to do that I need to be attentive to those around me. Example, my little baby Benjamin was crying so I thought maybe he's tired. I went a put him in his crib. He quieted for a few minutes but cried again, this time without stopping. I knew he wasn't hungry, I had just changed him before letting him play in his jumper.... I thought I would check his diaper again, and sure enough he had a blow out, all the way up his back. Poor baby. I cleaned him up and instantly he was happy again, ready to play. I want to think that way about all the people I love. How can I help them, how can I make their day special, how can I put a smile on their face? A lot of times it starts with listening, being observant, perceptive... it starts with caring. NOW, this also counts for myself. I need to be aware of how I am feeling. I have days when maybe I haven't eaten yet and I become  HANGRY. I snap at others when I haven't eaten, or if I am tired or stressed. If I recognize that I am feeling up tight about things then I know I need to try harder to be more patient, especially with my kids. Why should they suffer my wrath simply because I haven't taken the time to take care of myself? They shouldn't. But many mornings when we are rushed for school I am barking out orders, i'm not patient with them, I'm not speaking out of love and kindness. I need to be attentive towards my speech.  I have a very dry sarcastic sense of humor. One that my husband struggles to find funny. In fact most of the time I end up hurting his feelings. I need to pay attention to my speech. How I respond. Am I annoyed about something else and just taking it out on him? These are area's I mainly need to be ATTENTIVE.  The most important area of my life that I need to be attentive towards is my spiritual walk. Am I reading my Bible, praying? Living a life that is please to my Heavenly Father? Am I being heedful of the Holy Spirit?

ATTENTIVE. 2014.

What I like

Every time I am with my oldest daughter, Abigail, and we are in the toothpaste aisle at target or wherever she always wants a new toothbrush. ALWAYS!  It doesn't matter if I just bought her one a few weeks ago, she wants a new one and it doesn't even have to be a "cool" kind. Well I'm the same way but with different things.
Of course I always walk straight to the shoes because I love shoes, but the other thing I love looking at are comforters, blankets, decorative pillows and bed sets.
Here is a set I love. I love the color red and I love the burlap color with it.
I love the different patterns and textures. And I love the bird pillow! How cute.
I always love a nice black and white or grey and white. You can switch things up by adding a pop of color with decorative pillows, colored sheets and accents.
My bedroom is grey, white and a olive green color. But I have to be honest and say that my room is always the last room in the house to get decorated or even cleaned. :sigh: One day I will have a room that looks like a catalog photo :)
A few other things that I always look at are  wall art. I love art. I love pictures that draw me in. Ones with certain colors like, reds, oranges, teal, blues, gold, silver, black and white, they make me happy. I smile when I see them.
I don't know who this is by, I found it on Pinterest but I love the colors. I love the the textures and patterns. Aside from color I am always drawn to pictures of women or dancers.

I love these paintings done by Michael Carson. My favorite one is the girls standing in line. These paintings are so dreamy and elegant.
This is one of my favorites. I love the big hair and all the colors. Its so fun! and the features and jaw line is just perfect!
This one always captures me. I stare at it, intoxicated by the colors and the way it all blends together. To me I see dancing.

I could go on and on about things I love to look at, and wish I had a house just filled with all of it. Vases, dressers, rugs, pillows, etc...
A closet filled with beautiful dresses, jeans that make my butt look good ;) scarves and of course all kinds of shoes.
What do I spend my money on? Almost always it is spent on clothes or shoes for my kids, toys and special little prizes, stuff for our guinea pigs.... And you know, I really don't mind. One day I will be able to have the home I want and have it decorated just the way I want. But there is nothing sweeter than spending what I have on my children

Benjamin Michael "Skywalker" :)

I need to write this all down while it is still fresh in my mind. At this moment I am home with my 4 kids and amazing husband. All 4 of my little ones are sleeping, but my little Benito is by my side in the pack and play. I am still so in awe of all that took place. I look back and praise God because I know that He worked everything out. It wasn't anything I did, it truly was Him who chose to answer my prayers.

A couple of weeks ago as I was coming closer to my due date I started keeping track of my baby's movement. I started getting a little nervous because I notice a dramatic change in how he moved and how much he moved. So I went into the antenatal unit and had a stress test done. Basically they hooked me up to a heart monitor for 20 mins and watch baby's heart rate. Something came up on the script that caused them for concern so I stayed there another 3.5 hours. I received a ultra sound which showed that he was healthy and doing fine. But there were still some concern and my midwife wanted me to come in once a week just for a stress test screening. So I did and for the most part he looked great. The following appointment was my prenatal appointment and I was 38 weeks and 5 days. My midwife came in and asked how I was doing. I told her I felt over done. I was already 3 cm and still 75% effaced. She said well I talked to the head OB who has been reviewing your scripts and he doesn't think you should come in for the stress tests anymore but suggested that we should induce you. There can still be something wrong with his heartrate that isn't showing up on ultra sound or the monitors, because you're so close it may be safer to have him sooner than later, what do you think?
I asked if I were to be induced could I still have a natural water birth in the birthing suite? She said I wouldn't be able to have it in the birthing suite because if something went wrong they weren't equipped to transfer me quick enough.
This concerned me because even though I wanted to have my baby, I also wanted to have a natural water birth. But after talking things over with her and with my husband I said yes to being induced. I was to come in the following morning to be induced. The great part was that my midwife was the one on shift on saturdays. Well later that evening I received a call from my midwife that said since I wasn't 39 weeks they couldn't induce and I would have to wait one whole day and come in on Sunday instead. I was pretty disappointed because I really loved my midwife and wanted her to be the one to deliver my son. So that meant I had one night to pray and take castor oil to self induce labor. Since I had taken castor oil 5 times already earlier in the week my confidence in this technique wasn't very high, but I did it anyway. At 10 pm I took 2 tablespoons mixed in juice and downed it. After a couple of hours passing nothing was happening and I thought I should take another dose, but decided against it. I went to bed and around 2:30 am I woke up and had to use the bathroom. The castor oil kicked in. I started having mild contractions. I kept praying and praying that my water would just break and I would be able to go into the hospital right away. At 4 am that's exactly what happened. I rolled over in bed and I felt a little pop inside. I thought it was the baby kicking or moving in a weird way but then I felt my water come out. I got up and sure enough I was leaking. I praised God and then told my husband. We packed everything up, the kids were already with my in laws and we set off to the hospital......

The Very Slow Beginning of Labor

When I first got to the hospital I had to go to antenatal for screening. I was in there quite a while. I had some pretty regular contractions, nothing too bad. After a long while they told me I could go walk around. So I did and that's when my contractions stopped. We went to the cafeteria and ate breakfast then headed back up to see if my midwife was on yet. She didn't come on for a little bit so I decided that I should rest. I slept for about an hour. I woke up and my midwife knocked on the door. Since my contractions stopped she suggested putting me on pitocin to get things moving. I agreed. I went to the birthing suite and they hooked me up. The previous day at my prenatal I was already 3 cm, I didn't know if I had progressed at all since then and because my water broke they didn't want to check me. I stayed hooked up to the pitocin for a couple of hours. My contractions weren't too bad. I played candy crush, sang along with my praise music, went on facebook and prayed the whole time. I kept praising God that I was able to be in the birthing suite and not having to stay in a bed hooked up to pitocin. I never labored without pitocin so I don't know any other way, but I do know that pitocin can give you some killer contractions that end up on top of each other. At about 2 pm I asked to be checked. At this point I was having some intense contractions and wanted to get in the water. She checked and I was at about 5.5 cm and almost completely effaced. Benjamin was down very low. They started to fill up the jet tub and I logged off my computer.

Step into the Water

I put on my bathing suit top and I was able to get into the tub. I was still hooked up to the pitocin and I had the baby monitor on my stomach. They still wanted to watch his heart rate since there was previous concern with it. I didn't mind, I was just relieved to get in the warm bath. At this time Miguel really stepped up as he could see my contractions becoming more intense. He reminded me to breathe, to relax. He encouraged me and made sure I had my raspberry leaf tea and ice to munch on. As soon as I got in the water I could feel the change in my contractions. The water helped so much. The contractions were intense yet seemed to feel a little shorter. I think as the contraction would taper off the water helped me enough to relax and it made it seem shorter. Because the water was warm I needed something cool on my face. We had a little fan brought in and it really helped me to breathe and to not get so hot. The one awkward part about being in the tub was there isn't a lot of comfortable positions to be in. I've seen some women sit on their bottoms like normal, some squat and some were more in a frog position with there upper body hanging on the side of the tub. This is the position I  chose and stayed in.  I liked this position because it took away any lower back pain (which usually I have horrible back labor, this time I had none) Also because this position helps the pelvis area to really open up and baby to descend. As contractions would come on I would rock my hips left to right, again you don't have a lot of movement in the tub but this helped. Miguel put a cold rag on my neck and my head and it felt like heaven. The contractions started to pick up and they were very very strong. I struggled to keep my eyes open, I couldn't answer questions, I was dazed and in my own world. A contraction would come on and I could hear Miguel "just breathe, deep breaths in your nose out your mouth. You're doing it Babe, You're doing great" I remember having Pandora on and I would only hear parts of each song. But every part I heard was about being strong, pressing on, being courageous... I felt like in the midst of everything even God was encouraging me. As things moved along I struggled to breathe and ended up with more of a humming sound. BREATHE in HUM out :) then I started to cry a little bit. Why? Because at one point fear set in. "What if I still have a long ways to go? What if I can't do this? What was I thinking? When do I push? How long have I been in here?" All these thoughts would creep in my mind and the fear started to set in. I didn't know how long I was in the water, I didn't know how far I had progressed. I just knew that it hurt, a lot. My nurse Beverly came in and said "you have about 15 minutes and then we're going to get you out for a little bit" She watched me for a second and asked "do you feel any pressure"? I thought about it... I had no idea what I felt, I just knew it hurt. "I don't know, I don't know" She called my midwife and she came into check on me. She asked me the same question "Esther do you feel pressure, do you feel like pushing"? The questions overwhelmed me and I started crying again. There was no break in between contractions, I didn't know if I needed to push or not and then.....
It's Time

All of sudden I felt my next contraction and it was like my body just kicked in. It knew what to do. I didn't have to think about it. I took a deep breath and instead of breathing out I bared down. I heard my midwife say "yup there she goes, lets prep" I still had my eyes closed. I barely could hold my head up in between contractions. All I know is that when my contractions hit, the only relief was to push. It was all so strange to me. I would think back to my other deliveries. I had epidurals with them but with my last two, the epi didn't work towards the end and when it came to pushing. But now that I have had a all natural labor and delivery, I would have to say that the epi definitely took the edge off because this was a whole different ball game.
As I pushed I could feel my baby's head descending. I would start to feel a little bit of burning. Oblivious to what other were saying to me, focusing on one thing, get this baby out!!! At first when I started pushing I would kind of grunt and push.... This worked being that I was able to get him to descend BUT when I chose to hold my breath, hold my voice and really push, that's when I could really feel him moving. His head came down and I felt that ring of fire. My body continued to push without me giving it much thought. Finally his head was out. I reached down and told my midwife the head was out. That's when I realized that they were concerned about his heart rate. "Esther you need to change positions, we need to adjust the monitor" I only had a few seconds between contractions to do this. I carefully sat into a squat position, they adjusted the monitor and my midwife began to assist me. I went to push and he wasn't budging. There must have been concern with his heart rate because my midwife seemed to be in a state of urgency to get him out. But my baby's shoulders were stuck. "Esther we're going to start to drain the water and I need you to stand and not sit back down" in my head I thought "She's crazy, she wants me to stand???" But I did it any how. I could sense her urgency and I also wanted this baby out, I stood in a squatted position.( I was so glad for staying condition through out my pregnancy for this moment ) I thought my legs would give but once I was in that familiar stance my legs stood strong. I held on to the side bars while my midwife told me to push and she attempted to pull and twist my son out. He wasn't moving, his shoulders were stuck I could feel the awkward angle. Next thing I knew my midwife took off her shoes and stepped right into the tub with me LOL I couldn't believe it. I pushed again and she pulled and finally I felt my baby turn and come out. I slowly sat back down in the water that didn't have time to drain. The immediate relief and emptiness left me crying. I had my son in my arms. He was still covered in vernix, as I rubbed his back with warm water, I remember thinking he felt so waxy. He's my only one that has been covered in it when born. Right at this moment my kids walked in with my MIL. They came just in time to meet their new little brother.

The After Birth
As my kids rushed to the side of the table where Baby Benjamin was, one of my little ones stayed at the door watching me. It was my Josiah. He was excited that his baby brother was born but I saw the concern for his mommy on his face. I was about to get out of the tub to delivery the placenta and I didn't want Joe to get scared of the blood so I asked the doors to be closed. Once I delivered the placenta, I really had a feeling of emptiness. My abs were so weak. I couldn't even stand up straight. As the nurse went out the door my son turned and saw the blood. I made my way to the bed. There was my Joey, following me to check on me. "Mom, are you okay? I saw all that blood, are you okay?" I assured him I was and he said "good because I was praying for you" He examined my arm and saw the hospital bracelets, he saw the iv and the bruises from where I had been poked. He asked about each thing and again I assured him I was fine. He would lay his hand on me and rest his head be careful not to hurt me. My girls were still adoring their little brother. Abby kept saying over and over "He is so cute. I just love him. " Ellie was asking questions about the umbilical cord and when Joey first saw him, his comment was "Ha! look at his pecks" LOL

I looked over at my four children and I was so thankful for each one.

Long Story Short

I found out later that I labored in the tub from 2:40 pm to 3:40 pm. He was born at 3:56 pm. This was my quickest labor and delivery ever. Yes this was my fourth delivery but I really don't think that had much to do with how my labor went. I was already dilated to 3 cm and 75% effaced. My cervix was extremely soft. I contribute this to taking Evening primrose oil both orally and vaginally. I also drank Raspberry Leaf Tea, which made my uterine muscles stronger which made each contraction do exactly what its suppose to and help move the baby down. I'm also 2 days postpartum and my bleeding is so minimal. This is so unusual for me, I also contribute this to the RRL tea. Overall it was God that allowed everything to work out the way it did. Instead He heard my prayers, my cries, He encouraged me during my labor and now I am home with my healthy 21 inch es, 8 lb 10 oz Son. We call him Baby Skywalker <3 nbsp="" p="">

I Am a Blank Canvas

(obviously this is just a joke)

I am a blank canvas waiting to be doodled on.... I love art. I love looking at drawings and doodles whether it is graffiti or oil paintings, sketches, mixed media... I just like pictures :) Since I was a teenager I always wanted a tattoo. Thankfully I never received one as a teenager because I know I would have gotten something dumb, or maybe pretty but no meaning. (I think I use to want like a sexy fairy or something). Anyhow. Now that I am older I know I would want something to represent each of one of my kids. Nothing big, not in a place where I could show it off, something just for me. That being said, I have a husband that really doesn't care for tattoos at all. He doesn't want one and doesn't really like the way they look on women. (He is so much more conservative than myself) Also so many people are getting tattoos, almost like its a fad. You rarely see women without a single tattoo. Then there is the fact that I would probably want more than the ones for my kids. I love quotes, I love Bible verses, I love lyrics to good songs. I also love the watercolor style of tattoos. Color is my favorite. All that to say I will most likely never ever get one. But that doesn't mean I couldn't write about what I would want to get, right?
So for my daughter Abby I would want a small yellow sun. Since she was little I would sing "you are my sunshine" to her, and sometimes I even call her Sunshine.
For Josiah I am in a toss up between a lego piece or a light saber. He loves loves loves lego star wars video games, he also loves playing with legos. I love that he has such an imagination and loves these types of things.
For Elliana I could think of a few things I would want. A button for Lalaloopsy, a bow because she is loves all things girls, a fairy with a tutu because she loves dancing fairies. I could even do a lipstick because she always comes into the bathroom and wants put makeup on while I'm doing my makeup. She is just the ultimate little girly girl.
Of course I have one more and he isn't born yet, so I would either wait to get something for him I would get a heart. Because he will be my last little bundle of joy. His name, Benjamin means Son of my right hand. Which is a place of honor. To think that I am having one more little boy makes my heart melt. Josiah and I are best buddies. He adores me and loves me in such a different way than he does with his dad. Its almost difficult to imagine having another little guy to love in a similar way. He will be my youngest child, and when all my other children are grown up and off to college or married, he will still be at home by my side for a few more years. <3 p="">I would also want to get something in honor of my sister, Sherry. She is my mother figure. She is also my best friend. I am who I am today because of her love for me. Because she is the perfect example of strength, love and sacrifice. For her, I would get lilly's of the valley. This little flower is small but has such a strong and beautiful fragrant. This flower is durable and grows in the shade. The little white flowers are pure and delicate but its roots are deeply grounded causing this flower to spread across the ground, sharing its beauty. All of these things remind me of my sister.
Now for a quote. There are so many how does one narrow it down to just one quote?
“You who suffer because you love, love still more. To die of love, is to live by it.”
― Victor HugoLes Misérables
"On the other side of fear lies freedom"
"Just keep being brave"
"You're never fully dressed without a smile" ~ Orphan Annie
"Why do we close our eyes when we pray? When we pray? When we cry? When we dream? Or when we kiss? Because we know that the most beautiful things in life are not seen, but felt by heart."

............

So those are just a few. Maybe one day, I will get something but until then I will have to just live through pinterest and the the thoughts in my head.
