Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

I love anything that we can do as a family. Sometimes it is off roading, sometimes it is going tubing out on the lake, having a picnic, watch a movie or just go out to the mountains (not too far) and throw some rocks. (Abby loves throwing rocks) But the one thing we never could do as a family was play the game cube or playstation. Abby is too little and I get too frustrated.
So let me tell you how we came about buying a Nintendo Wii.
My dh is really into excersing. He works out every morning or at night. He has his "boflex" type thingy, a trampoline and weights. But he wanted something I would use as well. So we agreed on a elliptical machine. I helped him put it together and I have to admit that I thought about using it, I just never actually did. But Miguel used it all the time. We had it for about 1 month and Miguel noticed it wasn't balanced right. So I told him to flip it and I noticed that the bar was broken because they did not weld it together correctly. Now when we were thinking about purchasing this machine, we were also thinking about buying a Wii. Everyone we talked to said it was a good work out and lots of fun. But we chose the E.Machine instead. When it broke Miguel was so bugged! He said "forget it we are going to return it and buy a Wii" So we did. He also bought a extra controler and game with his Christmas gift card to Best Buy.
I was somewhat skeptical. I mean how different can this thing really be from all the other ones? LET ME TELL YOU! IT IS SO MUCH FUN! and yes you are sore the next day from playing! The thing I love the most is that we can all play. Even Abby who is 3 can play bowling with us. She is pretty good and oh so cute when she bowls. She puts one hand on her hip, bowls and kicks one foot out at the same time. She says it gives her more power! I love it. I love that we can play these games together, get some exercise and have fun! What could be better than that? I even get to flirt with my Husband and try to throw his game off!
I highly recommend this play system!
