Do you ever get like that. I guess for me typing has been a source of relaxation. Kind of like talking to yourself out loud but you can't end up in a loony bin! So my sister, Sherry, loves the pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks. To be honest it never appealed to me. Nothing that was pumpkin ever appealed to me, but one day I decided to buy a candle tart that was pumpkin spice. Guess what??? I loved it. It smelled so good, very fallish :) So the next day I went out and bought between 3-6 candles. (one for each room, some small and some big) Anyhow, Monday Abby and I decided to carve pumpkins and I decided to bake pumpkin seeds. This was also new for me. I called up my close friend, Katarina and had to ask what exactly to do since I've never baked pumpkin seeds before. That turned out to be a tasty treat! Then that night I dreamt about cutting up pumpkins and cooking them with brown sugar and Cinnamon! So guess what my next experiment is going to be???
I know, some of you probably think I'm stupid and that I need to just learn a few things, but you have to know me. I like cooking the few things that I know taste good and I usually just stick to what I know! So this is all a little adventurous for me. Now, since I've been on this pumpkin kick I decided to try the pumpkin spice creamer with my coffee. My sister, Sherry uses it in her coffee and she LOVEs it (though not as good as Starbucks, so I've heard). Can you guess what is on my list of favorites? Let me give you a little hint:

Isn't it lovely? I just love the Fall season!

Ahhahaha! You even have a little fall mug! See? It's probably because we're kind of deprived of all things fall here in the southern part of the U.S. LOL
Love it. I soak my pumpkin seeds in salt water first...do you? You can even sprinkle season salt on them... =]
Pumpkin "stuff" is my favorite! My mom makes me a pumpkin cake with cream cheese icing for my bday every year. I am glad that you are enjoying pumpkins this year:)
I'm glad that the pumpkin seeds turned out good for you! I never thought about soaking them in salt water, I'll have to try that! Let me know how your pumpkin with spice turns out! With all the fall-I am getting in the mood for Christmas =)
