Outside my window...The weather is crisp. It's suppose to warm up to 81* today. There is dew sprinkled across my lawn in the front yard, when the sun hits it it looks like little mirrors reflecting its surroundings!. Crunchy orange, red and brown leaves lye in clusters under their tree. I can't wait to rake them up so the kids can play in them.
I am thinking...How I really do wish God would just return and take us all home with Him. There is so much heartache and sin in this world. So much that I wish my kids would never have to see or experience.
I am thankful...For my brother. He is going through a difficult time right now and is staying with us. We all love him so much.
From the Reading room... I am almost done reading my Ted Dekker book. I'm enjoying it. It was hard to start off , but I stuck with it and glad I did.
In the kitchen... Coffee is waiting for me, but I don't really want it. Frito pie is what I have lined up for lunch/dinner.
I am wearing.. Gray sweat pants, my husbands light blue tshirt and a burnt orange scarf. :) (they're kind of my comfort thing)
I am creating...A menu for this week. I never do this, so it's a big change. It is something my husband always wishes I would do. I'm going to try and do it for a month. I think if I get in the routine of it, it won't be difficult for me.
I am wondering... When my two youngins will be going down for a nap. Ellie slept in our bed last night and it was horrible. I plan on napping when they go down.
I am craving... Sleep. I want to sleep, but when the kids go down that is also my time to exercise.... so I have to figure out which is more important.... hhhhmmm....
I am hoping...For so much. Hope. There is always Hope in our Heavenly Father.
I am looking forward to... Celebrating Ellie's 2nd Birthday. Her Birthday isn't until November but I am planning and shopping now for her birthday!
I am hearing.. Sid the Science kid on tv. and the clicking of my keys.
Around the house... Nothing new. A little clean, A little messy.
One of my favorite things.. Shoes, we bought Joey some Nike Air jordans a while back when they where on sale. At the time they were too big, but they fit now and he looks soooo cute in them!
A few plans for the rest of the week: I just want to enjoy my family. That's all.
Here is picture for thought I am sharing.. We did this fall kids craft found HERE. Abby really enjoyed it, but the little ones really didn't care. But I loved the end results !

I loved your daybook today! Good luck with the menu. I'm thinking about starting that up again. I used to be super consistent with it and it does help us save. Love you.
