California Love

I rarely sit down to blog any more. Not that I don't have the desire to spill all of my heart here on the internet, I just can't. There has been so many things going on around me. Moving, unpacking and getting settled in, living with my in-laws, moving again, unpacking again, being pregnant, homeschooling and just life. So the many emotions and thoughts that run through my mind end up there and stay there. I have to tell you that we did have a one week vacation!!! We went to California to see my beloved Sister, Sherry and her amazing family.  It had been so long since I've last seen them. Their son who is now 5 years old was only a baby when I saw him last.  It felt so good to be there with her. To be with MY family.  I love her so much and her kids. I don't say much about her husband, Marco, but he holds a very special place in my heart. When I was a teenager on the run :) he allowed me to come live with him,my sister and their little daughter Hannah. They weren't even married that long ~ but he opened his heart and his home. He has been the ultimate example of love and loyalty. The best Christian and Pastor that I know. Not to mention that he is just so stinkin' funny!!!! Anyhow, here are a few pics from our trip.
