The Simple Woman's Day Book

FOR TODAY...October 26th from Esther's Daybook

Outside my window.... There is a refreshing crisp breeze. The sun is still shining but the coolness reminds me that fall is here!
I am thinking.... that I really would like a beautiful Didymos baby wrap. However they are very expensive, even used ones. So I think I'm going to try to sell some things so I can get one.

I am thankful for.... my health and the good health of my family. So many people seem to be getting sick and so far we have maintained being healthy. I am also thankful that within a month or so I'll be holding my new little baby girl.

I am wearing... A white 3/4 sleeve t-shirt with a purple sleeveless dress over it.

I am remembering... that God is always good no matter what happens.

I am going.... to Las Cruces today. Miguel needs to get some material to make is enclosure kits and I want to eat Dion's!

I am reading... Karen Kingsbury, Even Now.
I am hoping... that God will continue to provide for us. Christmas is coming around the corner and things are so tight finacially. Also Josiah has not been sleeping in his own bedroom and I'm really hoping he will once Ellie is here.
On my mind... Family. I feel so out of touch with my Siblings *other than Tabitha* I guess everyone is just so busy. But I've been really sad about this lately.

From the learning room... Abby won't be doing school until after we come back from Cruces. She's a little behind since we have had to go to Albuquerque so often for my prenatal appointments.

Noticing that... I'm really hungry right now. I think I'll go make a green chile egg and bacon burrito.

Pondering these words... 2 Timothy 1:7 "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." This verse has been on my heart lately. Sometimes thoughts come into my mind and I need to recognize that they are not from God, therefore I need to pray and ask Him to remove them from my mind.

From the kitchen... There are just a few dishes in the sink. Rice in the rice pot and cookies on the counter top.

Around the house.... the t.v. is on, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse show. Josiah loves Donald Duck and he can actually say it. Miguel is working out and lifting weights and Abby is carrying a conversation with him. It's a little messy. I hate going out of town because when I come back I never quite unpack and it just builds.

One of my favorite things.... is sleeping. But it doesn't seem like I'm getting much of that! :sigh:

From my picture Journal
Josiah was trying to Karate kick Diego for stealing his tator tot! LOL
