November: Gratitude Month (13) Flannels

Moving from the desert to winter wonderland has definitely made an impact on my wardrobe! LOL You see, it got cold in New Mexico, but it was different. It was usually cold in the morning and then at night.(basically when the sun wasn't shining) In the middle of the afternoon it was nice to go out with a light jacket or heavy sweater. But HERE in Michigan it is a whole different climate. The sun is out but there isn't any warmth, and when the wind blows it blows the chill right through your clothes. It might sound as if I am complaining, but I'm not. Thanks to a beautiful fashion trend call the "flannel"  I now have about 4 flannels and I just love them. I love how comfy and cozy, they fit tight enough to know I'm not a boy but loose enough to not see my chub :) They're just nice. I own a few things in my closet that I call my security items. Those things are my scarves, my sexy high heels and now my flannels.  I love knowing that I can still be comfortable without being frumpy. If you don't own at least one, I suggest you go out and buy one. Shoot, even my Pajama's are flannel :)
